I've been flying heavy dictors more often lately and though they tend to primarily have a role as capital and super-capital tacklers, they also do a great job in roaming fleets. This fit starts as a sort of bastardized version of a super-cap tackling hictor such as the Phobos fit I posted some months back. Like that Phobos, this Broadsword has 140k EHP, this time concentrated in an 80%-plus resist shield tank. It will take a lot of punishment. As with the Phobos, don't worry about pimping the fit out too much. Hictors are going to be the opposition's primary target and if you are worried about having a living hictor in your fleet that much, just bring two rather than over-spending on one.
Similarly, I'm a big big fan of double point cloaky hictors. The cloak just adds a lot of nice offensive and defensive options. This isn't a primary tackler -- you should definitely pair a hictor with a primary tackler -- so the longer lock time mandated by the cloak isn't much of a disadvantage. The guns are more intended to get on kill-mails than actually be used to do damage. Fit whatever type you like. I like lasers for range (though not for cap use). The neut, similarly, is a defensive option not an offensive one.
Everything else on the fit is tank. Even the PDSs in the lows contribute to the tank by increasing buffer. The whole point is to get to that magic 140k EHP number that is a good target for a defensively-minded hictor pilot.
Now that said, this version of the fit is not a good candidate for attempting to tackle super-caps. It lacks two major needs: a cap booster, and ECCM. Without them, this Broadsword fit is too vulnerable to being neuted or jammed off the target. You can wedge both onto the ship easily enough: a LSE can be replaced with a Medium Cap Booster, and one of the PDSs can be replaced with a Warded Ladar Backup Cluster. As you do this, you can also pull off the neut and replace it with the Cyno that your super-cap tackling FC will expect you to have.
But you should expect to die, die, die. A Broadsword fit this way loses a third of its tank and has a third higher sig radius than a similarly-fit Phobos. Lacking reps while operating its points, it becomes relatively easy to pop. As a result, the Broadsword is not a particularly good idea for super-cap tackling duties and should only be used if there are no tougher hictors available.
What it is good at is heavy tackling duties for low-sec roaming gangs. A Broadsword has about a one-third smaller sig of a similarly-fit Onyx, a stronger tank, and is both faster and more agile. Carry some Mindflood and some X-Instinct boosters. The former will help the cap problem this ship has, the latter will help the sig problem. But even so, the tank stands up superbly against low-sec gate guns and since it's a shield tank, your logi doesn't usually have to GCC. Script both of your Warp Disruption Field Generators and go to town on two ships at a time. The Broadsword can just take the abuse.
And for that reason, this ship is fun to fly. It even looks like a pirate ship, you know. Well, a fire-blackened pirate ship anyway...
Point!
All Fits of the Week are intended as general guidelines only. You may not have the skills needed for this exact fit. If you do not, feel free to adjust the fit to suit to meet your skills, including using meta 3 guns and "best named" defenses and e-war. Ships can also be adjusted to use faction or dead-space modules depending on the budget of the pilot flying it. Each FOTW is intended as a general guide to introduce you to concepts that will help you fit and to fly that particular type of ship more aggressively and well.

Also los! will das fitting testen

Das machen wir doch im WH schon ewig so. Ans WH stellen, cloaken und warten...
