CCP Announces Their 20th Free EVE Online Expansion

So I was emailing CCP Manifest a couple of final questions to close off his interview. He kindly replied that he would get to those questions as soon as he was finished polishing off a first draft of the Winter Expansion announcement.

Being the kind, helpful guy that I am, very much an adherent to Wheaton's Law, I offered an editing pass on that document if he needed a partial observer.

As it turns out, I am actually a dick. And here it is, before CCP can release it to you. The 20th EVE Online expansion announcement!
