E3: Anno 2205 dazzles in debut
The Anno series first began in 1998, and in the 17 years since it has spawned five distinct games. Most of the games have been centered on earlier eras, from the 1400s to the 1700s. The most recent iteration, Anno 2070, came out in 2012.
